Inconsistent Moisturizing

The most common cause of the problem is inconsistent moisturizing. Koreans never sleep or go out without moisturizing their skin to perfection. Consistent moisturizing reduces and prevents most skin problems. Moreover, it instantly makes your skin look super glowy. 

If you are applying moisturizer consistently, you might not have been putting it on at the right time. A lot of people put on moisturizer after toner. However, applying moisturizer just before sunscreen is more beneficial. It helps in absorbing skincare ingredients well and delivering quick results. So, be more regular with moisturizer and apply it when you are done layering your skin with skincare products.

Improper Sunscreen Application

Improper sunscreen application can also be the biggest hindrance to achieving glass skin. Therefore, while working for glass skin protecting your skin from the sun is super important. You have to avoid the sun as much as possible. However, if you have to step out, wear sunscreen following the two-finger rule. Applying sunscreen once a day is just not enough. To get the right protection, you have to keep on reapplying sunscreen every two hours. 

Make sure the sunscreen you use provides the needed protection. To know whether the sunscreen is providing the needed protection, you have to judge it by SPF and PA rating. The sunscreen with SPF 60 and PA +++ provides the ultimate sun protection. So, replace your sunscreen now and see visible differences in your skin in just a matter of days.

Harsh Skincare Products

Skincare products have the power to improve or damage your skin. Therefore, you have to choose the right products. Otherwise, achieving glass skin would remain a dream. 

Korean skincare products are free from harsh skincare ingredients. So, they uplift our skin like no other thing. To achieve glass skin, you have to switch to Korean skincare products. It might cost you an arm and a leg but it will be worth it.

Unhealthy Diet

The Koreans do not rely on skincare alone, they maintain a healthy diet as well. So you have to understand that strict skincare would not help you if you are eating unhealthy. Avoid junk food, and sugary drinks, and eat kimchi, seaweed soup, soybean soup, and Korean bone broth soup more often. Moreover, eat more fruits and nuts to give your skin a good boost.

Insufficient Water Intake

You might have heard staying hydrated is the key to impeccable skin but never tried it. The increased water intake would improve your skin tone, ensure better water and oil balance, and reduce pore size. Moreover, it would prevent acne breakouts as well. Start drinking at least 3 liters of water every day and witness your skin getting better with every passing day.

Excessive Makeup Application

Makeup makes you look good instantly but it damages your skin as well. It is proven to speed up your aging process and lead to acne breakouts as well. So, excessive makeup application can be the reason why you have not achieved glass skin yet. Apply makeup occasionally. Whenever you have to apply it, keep it minimal.

Inadequate Sleep

Inadequate sleep can make all your effort go to waste. It leads to reduced collagen production, causing dryness, dullness, and some other skin issues. So, begin sleeping 8 to 9 hours a day to improve your skin. You will notice the noticeable difference in your complexion and get the healthiest glow as well.
